It is very important that you register your students as soon as possible. Staffing depends on the numbers, so every registered child assures that OAES will be able to provide the best education for your child.

The Student Health History 719 KB pdf  is required for every new student upon registration. It is part of their student records. Returning students already have this information on record. Required immunizations are listed here.

The Early Closing/Emergency Plan 127 KB pdf information document is not expected to be filled out prior to arrival in Korea. Once the information is available, this form needs to be on record at school.
