The OAES community promotes high academic achievement through standards–based education to inspire and prepare students for success in a collaborative, dynamic, and multicultural society.
All students will improve their reading comprehension skills across the curriculum.
In essence: Students will synthesize information from multiple sources and apply this information to solve problems and make decisions.
All students will effectively use appropriate language and terminology across the curriculum.
In essence: Students will develop a comprehensive vocabulary to analyze and understand key concepts in curricular areas.
Continuous School Improvement (CSI) is a collaborative process of looking at student performance and selecting areas for focus which can be used to improve student learning.
